A McPherson destination store since 1988 when Priscilla Smith became an “empty nester” and utilized her extra time to create The Cook’s Nook. Jonna Corrigan (Priscilla’s daughter) now manages The Cook’s Nook at 219 N. Main St. with the help of an experienced team who are all “committed to helping people create beautiful homes and cook delicious food”. Join them for their Fall Open House, this weekend, September 9th from 9am-6pm and September 10th from 9am-5pm. The Cook’s Nook will be featuring new and favorite gadgets, appetizers to sample and ideas for fall festivities. A great time to start your Christmas shopping for bakeware, cookware and home keeping items, or treat yourself to specialty coffees, home décor and gourmet chocolates. Don’t forget to stock up on those easy to prepare mixes and relishes so you are ready for the next tail-gaiting party or get together.
