Mustang Community is celebrating their 1 year anniversary of new ownership, new management and tremendous progress in repairs, upgrades and enhancements, creating a welcoming community to live in. Parker Sinclair, director for the management company of Mustang Community commented that it has been a pleasure working with the city and county of McPherson. Since purchasing Mustang Community a year ago, they have been fixing and updating titles and legal documents and making considerable improvements to the community. Electrical upgrades have been made in the storage units and warehouses and roads have been slurred. Also, within the Mustang Community, a new playground area has been added along with a basketball court and picnic shelter for all the residents to enjoy. The fantastic fishing pond has been an asset for many years, but now the shoreline is much more accessible and maintained. Parker indicated that there are more projects they have planned for the near future including new road signs, adding a sidewalk around the pond area, and more electrical upgrades. He and manager Kim Torske thanked the hardworking maintenance crew and office staff for all they do.
