Member Spotlight – Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. – Crystal Toews
Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is located at 801 N. Main. Crystal Toews and her team will guide you through every step of the process, making it as simple as possible. At PRMI, the primary focus is you.
Crystal Toews is the Branch Manager/Senior Loan Officer. Crystal also has offices in Hutchinson and Newton. Crystal has been in the industry for about seven years. PRMI opened its McPherson office about 1 ½ years ago.
Crystal said one of the great things about working with PRMI vs a traditional bank is that they have access to an array of different investors, so you don’t always have to have a high credit score or money for a down payment. Crystal also mentioned one of her favorite parts of her job is when she’s helping veterans or putting together a reverse mortgage for a senior. She said, “When I do VA loans and reverse mortgages, I mean a lot of us need home loans, but those are two demographics that you are truly helping someone with a need.”
