2025 Holiday Promotion
The countdown to Christmas is officially on, and with fewer than 100 days to go, we’re already feeling the festive buzz! This year, we’re excited to roll out our annual Holiday Promotion—a seasonal campaign crafted to spotlight your business and bring joy to our community.
The Chamber and McPherson Main Street have put together a variety of promotional opportunities designed to drive visibility, foot traffic, and holiday cheer. Take a moment to review the options and key dates below and be sure to return your completed participation form by October 17, 2025.

HOLIDAY MARKETING FULL PACKAGE: $300 participation fee
- TV event ads for Open House Weekend on KWCH stations area/statewide.
- KWCH Digital Ads to promote the Ladies Night Out event.
- TV ads featuring Santa and your business on KWCH stations area/statewide from Thanksgiving thru Christmas. We will provide Santa and KWCH will produce spots.
- 3 businesses will be featured per 30 second ads.
- Inclusion of your business in marketing materials on social media, print and/or radio for Open House Weekend and Ladies Night Out. *See information below.
TV Shoot for full marketing package will be Nov 11, and must be prepaid to be scheduled.

- TV event ads for Open House Weekend on KWCH stations area/statewide.
- KWCH Digital Ads to promote the Ladies Night Out event.
- Inclusion of your business in marketing materials on social media, print and/or radio for Open House Weekend and Ladies Night Out. *See information below.
*Must be part of the Full or Partial marketing package to be included in advertising for the Open House Weekend and Ladies Night Out.
OPEN HOUSE WEEKEND: Friday, Nov. 7 and Saturday, Nov. 8
Stores set own hours. Decorate for holidays, provide refreshments & holiday kick-off incentives.
LADIES NIGHT OUT: Thursday, Nov. 20 from 5-8pm
Offer special promotions, sales, or drawings for shoppers. Whether customers are starting their wish list or working on their holiday purchases, it will be a great evening of shopping fun.
COOKIES WITH SANTA: $75 participation fee
We provide Santa. You provide cookies, a chair for Santa, and a location inside your business. 8 opportunities. You Must CALL 620-241-7430 ASAP to reserve! FIRST CALL, FIRST SERVED.
- Thursdays Dec 4, 11, 18 from 5:00-6:30pm
- Saturday, Dec 6 from 1:30-3:00pm (Santa will be at Mini Main the morning of 12/6)
- Saturdays Dec 13 and 20 from 9:30-11am and 1:30-3:00pm
CANDY CANE CASH: $50 Participant fee
- This is a shopping rewards promotion with two winners. The Grand prize is $1000 and 2nd $500 in Candy Cane Cash to be spent only in the participating stores.
- Runs November 1-December 31 with winners announced early January.
- Promotion materials and supplies will be provided, and all participating locations advertised. In previous years we have recorded around 8000 registrations from 69 different cities in Kansas, representing $399,500 LOCAL DOLLARS SPENT.
FREE MOVIES: $50 Minimum Sponsorship
Your business name & logo will appear on the screen prior to the holiday movies. Movies are FREE to the public but cost us an average of $650 for the license facility rental. Movies are scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 13 and Saturday, Dec. 20 at 3:00 pm. at the McPherson Opera House.
