Lunch & Learn: Leading Change
Wednesday, July 16th
11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
at HCC McPherson Campus, 2208 Plaza East Plaza
Lunch Provided
This 90-minute session on Leading Change is designed for leaders helping people navigate organizational change. When change occurs — even the best kind of change — people often experience anxiety, disequilibrium, and stress, and it’s easy for entire organizations to get stuck in feelings of fear, anger, and loss.
This session helps leaders explore how organizational change affects team dynamics and how focusing on adaptive processes helps team members get unstuck and make progress.
Everyone welcome. Chamber members $30, non-members $40. Register by July 9th by calling 620-241-3303 or emailing Amber at chamber@mcphersonks.org.
