The McPherson Chamber of Commerce is hosting the workshop “Recruiting in Times of Low Unemployment” presented by Mike Henke. The workshop will be on Wednesday, March 13th from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at The Well, 101 N. Main.
What are successful strategies to recruit new hires from entry level to professional positions? What do candidates respond to, and what do employers unintentionally do that prevents them from getting the best talent? Hear the tricks that Professional Recruiters utilize, and innovative techniques to increase your applicant flow! Through this interactive workshop you will learn: How to attract talent from a wide area, What is the role of starting pay, and information for all types of industries.
