Customer Service Job Description

Work with and assist customers with any questions they might have, also help customers with held items.

Tasks/Responsibilities

·         Help customers with items that they want to hold and make sure the form is filled out properly.

·         Answer phone

·         Assist customers as needed

Time Commitment

A minimum of 2 hours weekly

Skill Requirements

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, understanding and inclusiveness for all people

·         Some retail experience is helpful

·         Enjoy helping others and engaging with customers.

Supervision and Training

The Store Manager will provide training as needed

Believing that God calls us to serve others & save resources, the Center collects new & used building materials & sells them at reasonable prices to the public. The proceeds go to others in need locally & globally. Volunteers are needed when store is open in receiving, cashiering, & helping customers, also to process items when store is closed.
