The McPherson Chamber of Commerce hosts a series of Civic Awareness Events designed to provide clear, accessible, and nonpartisan information to the community. These include the annual Legislative Update and Candidate Forums for city, county, and school board elections—each part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening civic engagement and supporting an informed public. While the Chamber is not a political action committee and does not endorse candidates, we remain dedicated to helping residents stay informed and engaged, especially at a time when legislative decisions influence so many aspects of daily life. The Legislative Update offers valuable opportunities to gain firsthand insight into the legislative process, hear directly about the issues shaping our state, and participate in meaningful conversations between elected officials and the citizens they serve. Together, these efforts reflect our belief that an informed community is a stronger community, and that civic awareness is essential to the future we build collectively.
