Member Spotlight – Bluestem PACE
Bluestem PACE, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, partners with older adults and their families to help seniors remain safe and independent in their home for as long as possible. This unique program is achieved by Bluestem PACE by providing highly coordinated, integrated medical care to help participants and families achieve participant goals.
Emilie Rains, Director of Market Development and Intake, describes Bluestem PACE as a puzzle. Bluestem PACE is where all the pieces of senior care are put together. They have social services, health care, physical and occupational therapy, and much more.
Justin Loewen, Executive Director, described the business side of Bluestem PACE during the Chamber Connection last Thursday. He said COVID made an impact on their enrollment. Since then Bluestem PACE has made a great comeback on their enrollment and currently have 110 participants. Justin also shared that Bluestem PACE has decided to make their current location a permanent location and plan to purchasing the building and other property by the end of the year.
