Peoples Bank & Trust has been serving the McPherson Community for 122 years and has two location at 101 S. Main and 822 N. Main. Peoples Bank & Trust has 13 total locations located in McPherson, Rice and Reno Counties. “We have had tremendous growth in the last 15 years,” said Chad Alexander, Senior Vice President. “Part of that has been organically through our customers and the other through acquisition. Most recently acquiring Lyons State Bank giving us locations in Lyons and Little River. All if this is possible through leadership from our Board and President/CEO, Tom Pruitt.”
“We are blessed by our customers, chamber and community,” said Tom Pruitt. Tom mentioned he was asked, what happens in McPherson that makes it so much different than other areas? Tom went on to say, “it was a lot of foresight from those that come before us. It is our job as a business, chamber, and community to carry that forward for future generations. We have a phenomenal group of employees, about 150 people strong and I am so thankful for them.”
