Member Spotlight- Vine & Branch Flower Company
If you’re looking for beautiful flowers, unique gifts, fun workshops and a little something special, Vine & Branch Flower Co. has plenty to offer. Located at 113 N. Main Street in McPherson, this locally owned floral and gift shop features gorgeous arrangements along with jewelry, home décor, boxed chocolates, coffee, mugs, and clothing.
Co-owner Tonya Robertson, who owns the shop with Deseri Orlanzzini, said creativity is at the heart of what they do. “We love being creative here. That’s why we started in this business – is we both love being creative and wanted to get out from behind the desk,” Robertson said. That creativity can be seen throughout the store, from the fresh floral designs and fall décor to the many unique gift options, including candy bouquets, stuffed animals and balloons, and custom products from consignment vendors such as Odyssey Crafted LLC and Wild Root all-natural products.
There’s also always something new happening at Vine & Branch Flower Co., making it a fun place to visit whether you’re shopping for yourself or looking for a special gift. “We’re offering workshops once a month. We did a previous hat burning one that went over really well, so we added another on September 19th” Robertson said. “We have a fall mat making workshop on the 25th and then paint your own Christmas ornaments coming up in October.” The shop is also preparing to launch “Brighten a Business” in October, a monthly program sponsored by McPherson Chiropractic that will randomly select a local business to receive a colorful floral arrangement. “We just wanted to find a way to brighten people’s days,” Robertson explained. “Once a month, we’ll deliver an arrangement just to say – hope you’re having a good day! If you’re not, hopefully this helps.” If you’re looking for a last-minute floral gift, Friday is a great day to stop by, as cooler arrangements are 15% off every Friday during the shop’s “Friday 15” promotion.
Whether you need flowers for a birthday, wedding, holiday or time of remembrance, or simply want to brighten someone’s day, Vine & Branch Flower Co. is ready to help make the occasion memorable.
