2015 Farm Forum set for February 10th
For over 30 years, the McPherson Chamber of Commerce Agriculture Committee has hosted the Farm Forum event and scheduled presenters to provide relevant and updated information about the business of agriculture. The 2015 Farm Forum is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2015, 6:30 a.m. at Perkins Restaurant – 2111 E. Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas. Everyone is invited to join us for a hearty breakfast and learning opportunity.
This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Barry Flinchbaugh, retired KSU Extension State Leader. Barry will speak on current Ag policy and farm bill requirements. There will also be a presentation for Farm Family of the Year to Dwight and Cindy Baldwin, Special Lifetime Appreciation to Delbert Schrag and Friend of Agriculture to Jennifer Burch.
We hope you and your guests can join us for the breakfast buffet that begins at 6:45 a.m. and program at 7:00 a.m. Cost is only $7 per person but reservations are needed by calling the McPherson Chamber at 620-241-3303 by February 4th.
