Leadership Board of Trustees Announces 2013 Leadership McPherson Class
The Leadership McPherson Board of Trustees is proud to announce the members of the 2013 Leadership McPherson Class.

The 10-member class will depart on a 2-day overnight retreat on August 15 & 16 followed by 8 class sessions at the Crosswinds Conference Center in Hesston. The 2013 Leadership Class will meet twice a month on Tuesday mornings from beginning 8/27-12/17.
“Each class session will provide participants the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, but also make them more aware of issues, challenges and opportunities facing the McPherson community. We hope that the experience encourages them to become involved in McPherson’s future growth and development”, stated Jennifer Burch, Executive Director of the McPherson Chamber of Commerce. “In addition, what is unique about our program is that all the class sessions are facilitated by past Leadership McPherson graduates, what a better example of leaders creating leaders that create leaders. Class members then must take the skills, training and tools they have learned and apply them towards deciding on a class project that benefits the youth,” added Burch.
