Nominations Open for the 2026 Emerging Leader Award
The McPherson Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize the next generation of business and community leadership through the 2026 Emerging Leader Award, which will be presented at the Chamber Banquet & Awards on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
This award celebrates an outstanding individual who is making a meaningful impact in both their profession and the McPherson County community. Whether they are leading innovative projects, inspiring coworkers, volunteering their time, or helping strengthen our local economy, Emerging Leader nominees represent the bright future of McPherson.
Nominees should be rising stars whose professional accomplishments are matched by a strong commitment to community service. They should demonstrate excellence, creativity, and initiative in their business or profession, while also serving as an example for others to follow. Eligible candidates must have been employed with their current company for at least one year, or owned and operated a business for a minimum of one year, and must be affiliated with a current McPherson Chamber member business.
The Chamber is honored to continue this tradition of recognizing exceptional local talent. Previous Emerging Leader Award recipients include Trenton Ruxlow, Logan JP Schrag, Kena Dacus, and Lindsay Helms, all of whom have left a lasting mark on our community through their leadership and service.
